Call for Presentation

Application for oral/poster presentation and workshop

See LSJ Presentation Guidelines.

Notes on submission

  • There are two types of research presentations: oral presentations and poster presentations.
  • Please select your first or second choice between “oral presentation” and “poster presentation” when you apply for presentation.
  • If you wish to give only an oral presentation or only a poster presentation, please select only the first choice.
  • Abstracts will be reviewed by a panel of judges, who will decide on the acceptance or rejection of the abstract and the type of presentation.
  • Since the number of oral presentations is limited to about 15-20, if you choose “oral presentation” as your first choice and “none” as your second choice, your abstract may not be accepted even if it is ranked higher than other submitted abstracts.
