The 22nd meeting of the International Congress of Linguists (ICL22) will take place 23-29 July 2028 at Leiden University, the Netherlands. This will be the commemorative 100th anniversary conference since the congress was first held in 1928 in The Hague, the Netherlands. More information will be available on the CIPL web site ( http://ciplnet.com/ ).

The call for applications for the logo mark of the Linguistic Society of Japan has been closed as planned. We are very grateful for the many submissions we received.
The logo mark proposals will be narrowed down by our committee members, and the final logo mark will be selected by a vote of the conference participants at the 170th conference (Meikai University) in June 2025. We look forward to your continued support.

The videos of the President’s Inaugural Lecture and Public Symposium at the 168th meeting of the Linguistic Society of Japan (published on September 9, 2024) have been made available to the public only through links on the Society’s website. We have lifted this restriction and made it public again.
